Spirit Communication is a function of energy fields; in simple terms it is what those in Spirit do to get our attention here on the earth plane. I carried a number of cameras with me on each trip to England or Scotland; all over Europe while I was working with Spirit to research the stories I recorded in my books. In all eleven different cameras were used; various types of digital, 35mm still, and video cameras. The spirit orbs never changed in presentation; they could not be duplicated and they occurred only at Douglas sites. Some people postulated that these colorful images on my photos were not orbs but lens flares. Had I not used so many cameras I might have accepted that idea. But by the end of this article the reader will discover the rest of the evidence that refutes any claims of lens flares.
One of the first photos I took was at the war memorial site for the Battle at Bannock Burn; fought in 1314 where the Scots were finally victorious over the English. James Douglas was one of the Knights Bannerette, a division commander under Robert the Brus. These diamond symbols would appear at Bannockburn and at other battlefields important to the Douglas Clan.
In Douglas, Lanarkshire I was photographing the only remaining tower of the original 13th century castle of the Douglas family. The medieval fortress was first mentioned in a document dating to 1291 where King Edward was demanding the release of Hugh d' Abernanthy; a knight and brother in law of Lord Douglas, convicted of the 1289 murder of the Earl of Fife. Here in Douglas the very same diamond shaped orbs appeared at the castle ruins as well as at the site of the original charge led by James Douglas in 1307 that came to be called 'The Douglas Larder'.
Later in Lesmahagow another shape began to appear in my photographs; an image that looked to me like silhouette in the shape of 'head and shoulders'. Lesmahagow Priory was an important monastic house to the Douglas family. Brice of Douglas was first a Prior here in the late 12th century to become the Bishop of Moray one year later; quite a jump in rank even for the Douglases who were patrons of Kelso Abbey of which Lesmahagow was a cell. The small Tironensian priory was also where Lord Douglas held the family charters; a place of protection that over the centuries Scottish nobles believed would never be challenged. But all that changed in 1291 when Edward Plantagenet became Lord Paramount of Scotland; the monasteries were never to be off-limits from English raiding parties again. William le Hardi moved the charters back to Douglas Castle at this time.
In a sitting in 2003 with International Medium Robert Brown, he looked at this photograph (right) of the ancient priory and said he saw a woman wearing a Saxon veil and heard the name Eleanora. Eleanora de Lovaine was the wife of William le Hardi Douglas from 1288 to 1298, my identity in that medieval lifetime. Several more times this shape appeared: at Threave Castle, a fortress built by Archibald Douglas known as the Grim; Dunfermline Abbey where Robert the Brus was buried; and Lochmaben Castle (below) where Lady Douglas was brought initially after being kidnapped for her husband's treason.
Why these specific shapes and why did Spirit have them appear only at Douglas sites? I was not to understand the entire meaning for another year. A little background here: I had suffered with severe asthma for most of my life, taking over 17 different drugs daily including 40mg of prednisone in 2002. I knew that healing my asthmatic condition was part of my journey in this lifetime and in 2005 I was about to receive validation to that truth. Sitting on the couch with Celtic Arrow my Deerhound I was giving her water as she was recovering from surgery. For some reason I stood up and the bowl in my lap went flying. Everything on the coffee table got soaked. I cleared off the books, coasters, and various other items to uncover a book I had forgotten about, The Book of Secrets of the Ages by Manly P. Hall. Flipping through the pages I discovered a message from Spirit in the ancient symbols of the table of Chemical and Philosophical Characters of Alchemy; when used in tandem these shapes of the head and shoulders with the diamond depict the character for the remedial cure that relieves symptoms of respiratory ailments with coughs that wheeze or rattle in the chest, obstructed by thick mucus to create a shortness in breath or suffocation effect in the lungs...or asthma...my lifelong disease. These orbs were a message for me all along...validating the purpose of my life to heal myself and others as I share the process that Spirit calls Alchemy Healing.
